What this layer is for
Active Love Parasite is what has attached itself to the energy that was supposed to move your love forward. A loop, a fantasy, a need for proof, an addiction to intensity, or a situation kept alive by constant management. It is not automatically another person.
If you do not name the drain, you will try to shift forward while something is still feeding on the movement. You will feel busy and stay in the same place. Naming a villain too fast is another way of feeding it.
You look here after progression, so you can tell development from something imitating it. Field Work, last, is what you stop feeding once the drain is visible.
Your part is to name the drain before you name a person, then stop feeding it. Hunting someone to blame will not shift the reality. Withdrawing the energy will.
This is reality-shifting work, and it is self-initiated. You are the one who has to participate differently. Blindly putting every card, every hope, and every story on the page — without understanding the reality you are already standing in — will not shift it. Understanding comes first. What you feed, allow, repeat, and refuse is what changes it.

Upright
The Distribution Drain
Six of Coins upright in Active Love Parasite describes a mechanism that feeds through circulation. Love-development energy is not necessarily disappearing. It is being distributed so widely, repeatedly, or automatically that too little of it remains concentrated enough to become developmental capacity.
The parasite can thrive anywhere the client keeps giving access, attention, time, interpretation, emotional labor, opportunity, explanation, practical support, or repeated chances because circulation itself has become the default response.
What the parasite feeds on
It feeds on the fact that resources move. Every time energy becomes available, some portion of it is redistributed before the client determines whether that distribution supports Love Progression. Because Six is increase through circulation, the mechanism can actually become larger the more it is fed. What receives repeated distribution gains reach, familiarity, integration, and material consequence.
How this can show up
Too many people receive emotional access that was never meant to become equally available. A connection repeatedly receives time, explanation, forgiveness, or practical support without demonstrating equivalent developmental value. Attention is spread across multiple romantic possibilities until none receives enough focused participation to become clear.
Friends, social media, family, or outside opinions receive so much relational information that the love field becomes crowded with secondary participants. The client repeatedly gives energy to repairing situations that have already shown what they can sustain.
Aligned expression
The aligned Six does not demand hoarding. It asks for intelligent distribution. Love Progression needs circulation, but circulation should increase what can actually develop. The corrective intelligence is: distribute according to function. Give more where exchange produces integration, information, reciprocity, development, or healthy movement. Give less where circulation only keeps the same mechanism alive.
Shadow
The parasite shadow is generosity without hierarchy. Everything receives some access because withholding feels cruel, selfish, premature, or closed-hearted. The result can be a love field full of active exchanges and very little protected developmental energy. The client may feel relationally busy while progression remains underfunded.
Trap
The trap is believing that because something can receive energy, it deserves energy. Availability is not qualification. Another trap is using giving as a diagnostic. “I will keep feeding this and see what it becomes.” Sometimes that produces information. Sometimes it simply teaches the parasite that continued access is available without developmental proof.
False progress / false comfort
More exchange can look like more love life. More messages, more people, more advice, more chances, more emotional processing, more support, more interaction. Yet progression may remain unchanged because the increase occurred in circulation rather than development. The false comfort is feeling generous, open, or engaged while the actual developmental resource becomes increasingly diluted.
What this does not prove
It does not prove someone is using the client intentionally.
It does not prove generosity is unhealthy.
It does not prove reciprocity must be mathematically equal.
It does not prove multiple connections are automatically a problem.
It does not identify a specific person as the parasite.
It does not mean the solution is total withdrawal.

The parasite grows because developmental resources keep circulating into exchanges that may be active, familiar, or emotionally compelling without necessarily strengthening Love Progression. The work is not to stop giving. It is to make distribution answer to development.
Reversed
The Closed-Circuit Drain
Six of Coins reversed describes a parasite created when circulation becomes distorted, restricted, one-directional, or trapped inside a closed exchange. Instead of developmental resources moving through the love field and returning as usable capacity, they become stuck in a loop that keeps consuming without reintegrating.
What the parasite feeds on
It feeds on blocked redistribution. Energy enters an exchange and does not return in a form that can support broader development. The client may keep investing because the existing investment makes withdrawal feel wasteful, unfair, or premature.
Aligned expression
The aligned reversal identifies where circulation needs to stop before it can be repaired. Sometimes the healthiest redistribution begins by closing a channel that has become structurally incapable of returning usable value.
Shadow
The reversal shadow is scarcity management. Because the client feels under-resourced, they become even more preoccupied with the exchange consuming the resource, hoping to recover what has already been spent.
Trap
The trap is trying to balance an exchange that is not designed to balance. More explanation, more patience, more support, or more opportunity may only deepen the closed circuit.
False progress / false comfort
Small returns can keep the loop alive. A little attention, a brief improvement, a partial apology, or occasional reciprocity can feel like proof that the circulation is repairing when the larger distribution pattern remains unchanged.
What this does not prove
It does not prove exploitation or malicious intent.
It does not prove the relationship must end.
It does not prove the client should become withholding everywhere.
It does not prove every unequal season is parasitic.
